The Procrastinator: A Day In The Life
The Procrastinator A Day In The Life
Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks in preference to more urgent ones, or doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, and thus putting off impending tasks to a later time, sometimes to the "last minute" before a deadline.
I wrote the title for this piece three weeks ago.
So, it’s Friday night. Work week over. Tomorrow I get to write my own mate
How long have you been on DeviantArt?
I came here 5 days before New Year 2012 came. So 27 December 2011.
What does your username mean?
Just a tweak from my real name. Added the 'A' before "Lex" and reversed my last name.
Describe yourself in three words.
Restless for art.
Are you left or right handed?
What is your favourite type of art to create?
Mostly, it's by pencil, then inking it, then colouring it traditionally or digitally.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
Muscles, ponies, food, fashion and pokémon.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
Although I like to see my childhood cartoonists, who might be here too, I'd love to see in person. The things I tend to fave the most other than the ones I mentioned in question 10 is 1920s fashion and cats. And Lackadaisy has got that.
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
To meet new people with the same interests, and to be inspired by them.
What are your preferred tools to create art?
If not, my trusty drawing tablet, then it's the good old pencil, pen and paper. And scanner.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
Home. It's the place for solitary thinking.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
I coulndn't remember much. But so far, two of them. One was in 2013, when I posted my own sketches to for a contest. And it made me improve some of my drawing skills. Another was in October of last year, when I apologized to for obnoxious comments and sent a couple of pieces for his contest. Those were things that helped me define and shape me who I am, and I can't wait for new memories here.
